Director of Human Resources
As Director of Human Resources Chad Mann is a strategic partner within the company. Mann is responsible for planning, creating, coordinating, and evaluating the various services, policies, and programs of The Annex Group’s HR Department. This includes everything from evaluating, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes, to overseeing employee benefit programs, to developing a strategic plan for the HR department. Prior to joining The Annex Group Chad was employed by the city of Indianapolis and was responsible for career and leadership development.
