Development Associate
Garrett Lucas plays a pivotal role in helping The Annex Group achieve its mission of positively impacting lives through his position as Development Associate. It is Lucas’ responsibility to identify and research locations where it will make the most impact to develop new properties. This includes compiling and analyzing data points and understanding the intricacies of local housing laws before a project is taken on. Then, he is tasked with strategically engaging municipal officials and other strategic partners to produce project support, coordinating budgets and keeping development plans moving forward on-pace. Lucas is well-suited for this position as he has meaningful experience in finance, property acquisition and economic development.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Management, University of Indianapolis
