Vice President of Construction Operations
John Whiteley is responsible for all ongoing construction operations with projects Annex Construction is building. As VP of Construction Whiteley ensures that correct policies and procedures are in place and appropriate job staffing occurs for each project while also being responsible for the successful delivery of projects, on time and on budget. Whiteley is widely experienced in project management on mixed-use, industrial, commercial, and military large scale construction.
Education: Bachelors of Science in Construction Management and Business Administration, Washington State University
