Senior Associate - Capital Markets
Maninder (Mani) Singh is a Senior Associate – Capital Markets for The Annex Group. In this position, Singh provides support to the acquisitions, asset management, develop and finance departments. This includes completing tasks like analyzing existing properties, providing market research and LIHTC support for potential new developments, building relationships with financial partners, and navigating new project closings and acquisitions. Prior to joining The Annex Group, the University of Indianapolis graduate gained valuable expertise as a real estate investment credit analyst, among other roles.
