Project Manager
As Project Manager for The Annex Group, Paul Nieckula keeps construction projects moving forward on pace and according to plan, managing both preconstruction and construction phases for the company’s affordable, workforce and student housing developments. He’s been with The Annex Group for more than five years and has worked on many of the company’s projects across the country. His previous roles in the construction and finance industry help him to excel with The Annex Group.
