Superintendent
In his role as Superintendent with The Annex Group, Rick Fauss provides expertise in all facets of construction, from earth work all the way through architectural punch lists, for projects across the United States. With an aptitude for details and a passion for providing leadership, Fauss brings extensive knowledge to the company about building construction with experience in multifamily, historic renovation and commercial construction. With more than 30 years of experience, Fauss has held many meaningful roles, including owning his own construction firm that completed projects in 23 states.
