Project Manager
In his role of Project Manager for The Annex Group, Rob Maloney helps ensure new community construction projects are successful. His guidance and expertise are utilized during both preconstruction and construction phases, with tasks that include developing estimates and proposals, leading multiple teams throughout the construction process on new communities, and working through challenges that arise. With more than 30 years of experience in construction-related roles, Maloney is an incredible asset for The Annex Group.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Purdue University
