Shelby Muhlenkamp brings a wealth of property management experience to her role as Regional Manager for The Annex Group’s properties. With nearly ten years of experience working in multi-family housing, Muhlenkamp provides excellent resident experiences, supports community team members, maintains compliance with all applicable housing laws and programs, and most importantly, helps create a positive impact with all the people who live, work and are involved in The Annex Group communities. A former property manager and supervisor, Muhlenkamp plays a crucial role in maintaining positive experiences at the company’s multiple housing communities across the U.S.
