INDIANAPOLIS (October, 2019) – The Annex Group, LLC, a leading student and affordable housing developer, announces today the hiring of Stewart Smith as Superintendent. In this role, Smith is the onsite coordinator for construction projects ensuring the schedule and budget stay on track for project delivery.
Over his career Stewart has filled roles such as Senior Project Manager, Senior Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, General Superintendent, Lead Carpenter, Labor Foreman, Safety director and Project controller. “I can step in and fill any roll needed at any given time,” States Stewart, “I don’t mind getting dirty and I love to work.”
Smith is a graduate of University of Louisiana at Monroe where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. He is also a certified master carpenter and mason. He brings to the team his expertise in large scale fast track renovations and scheduling management.
