The Annex Group ranks forty-third on <\/a><\/span><\/span>Multi-housing News’ <\/span><\/span><\/i>2024 Top Multifamily Development Firms list.<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/a> <\/span><\/p>\n

With 2,114 units currently under construction and 1,281 units completed between 2021 and 2023, this is The Annex Group’s third time appearing on the list which is created based on self-reported data from participating firms being analyzed by Multi-housing News’<\/i> weighted formula.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

• A new student housing community<\/a><\/a><\/a> in a public-private partnership with the University of Memphis in Tennessee<\/span><\/li>\n
• Union at Purple Heart Trail<\/a><\/a><\/a>, an affordable housing community in Wichita, Kansas<\/span><\/li>\n
• Union at River’s Edge<\/a><\/a><\/a>, an affordable housing community in Des Moines, Iowa<\/span><\/li>\n
• Central at South Haymarket, an affordable housing community in Lincoln, Nebraska <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Union at North Crossing<\/a>, an affordable housing community in Waterloo, Iowa<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The Annex of Pullman<\/a>, a student housing community in Pullman, Washington<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    According to Multi-housing News, <\/b><\/i>“There has been significant multifamily development this year. As of early November, the national pipeline included nearly 1.2 million units under construction and more than 4.4 million units in the planning and permitting stages, according to Yardi Matrix data.”<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
