INDIANAPOLIS (May 14, 2025)<\/strong> – The Annex Group®<\/a>, a leading impact housing developer that creates affordable, workforce, student and market-rate housing communities, today announces a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for Union at Pacific Highway, an affordable housing community in Corvallis, Oregon. The community, which provides affordable living for individuals and households earning up to 60 percent of the area median income (AMI), offers 174 one, two and three-bedroom units. Construction on the property began in early 2023, and the $56 million community is now 99 percent leased. “Bringing Union at Pacific Highway to the people of Corvallis is something we’ve been so excited about at The Annex Group,” said Ryan Clark, Senior VP of Development for The Annex Group. “This property has so much to offer residents, from ample amenities to beautiful views and more. We think it will enhance and be a welcome addition to the surrounding community.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Union at Pacific Highway sits on more than seven acres and offers residents a community center, fitness center, playground, community gardens, dog park, dog wash, business center, activity rooms, and a picnic area. It is also close to pedestrian pathways, public transit, Oregon State University, and downtown, all of which are within a five-minute drive.<\/p>\n “As our first community in Oregon, Union at Pacific Highway is particularly special,” said Joy Skidmore, The Annex Group Development Consultant. “Corvallis is a growing city for good reason, as it has so much to offer and is truly beautiful.
