INDIANAPOLIS (May 26, 2026) <\/b>– <\/span><\/span>The Annex Group®<\/span><\/a><\/span>, a leading impact housing developer that creates affordable, workforce and purpose-built student housing communities, announces today it has been named to the <\/span><\/span>2026 Best Places to Work in Indiana<\/span><\/a><\/span> list. This is the 21^{st<\/sup> edition of the program from the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. The Annex Group ranked number 42 in the category of companies with 75 to 249 employees.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n}

“There have been many changes for our team within the last year,” said Kyle Bach, CEO of The Annex Group. “We’ve moved our office headquarters, expanded our portfolio and subsequently grown our team. Anytime an organization grows significantly in a short period of time, there can be growing pains. We have worked diligently to ensure a smooth transition for our team, and this accolade, as it is determined by direct employee feedback, shines a light on the fact that we’ve been able to scale while still being a people-first organization. In 2025, The Annex Group received an Honorable Mention in the medium company category. This recognition is The Annex Group’s first award win of 2026.
