INDIANAPOLIS – Slated to house students for the 2014-2015 school year, Annex of Vincennes is a student living community located adjacent to the campus of Vincennes University. Formerly known as Campus Habitat, the 128-bed development at 201 West St. Clair Street is undergoing a complete remodel by Indianapolis-based student housing developer Annex Student Living, LLC with a total investment of $4 million.<\/p>\n

“We’re very excited to be part of the Vincennes market,” says Annex Student Living CEO Kyle Bach. “We look forward to providing a completely updated and modern, yet affordable, student living experience so close to the aquatic and recreation centers and other facilities on campus.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Annex includes two buildings of 2-bed\/1-bath units and three buildings of townhomes comprised of 6-bed\/3-bath units. Each unit will be fully furnished including sleek appliances in the kitchen and beds in all bedrooms, as well as a flat-screen television in the living room.<\/p>\n

Leasing rates start at $480 per student per month, utilities included. As a financial convenience to the students, Annex offers individual leases. This means each student students signs their own lease and is accountable for paying their portion of the rent.<\/p>\n

Two existing units in one apartment building are being merged and converted into a clubhouse to include the leasing office, and amenities such as a common area for group study or watching television, and an updated laundry facility.<\/p>\n
