INDIANAPOLIS – Slated to house students for the 2014-2015 school year, Annex of Vincennes is a student living community located adjacent to the campus of Vincennes University. Formerly known as Campus Habitat, the 128-bed development at 201 West St. Clair Street is undergoing a complete remodel by Indianapolis-based student housing developer Annex Student Living, LLC with a total investment of $4 million.
“We’re very excited to be part of the Vincennes market,” says Annex Student Living CEO Kyle Bach. “We look forward to providing a completely updated and modern, yet affordable, student living experience so close to the aquatic and recreation centers and other facilities on campus.”
Annex includes two buildings of 2-bed/1-bath units and three buildings of townhomes comprised of 6-bed/3-bath units. Each unit will be fully furnished including sleek appliances in the kitchen and beds in all bedrooms, as well as a flat-screen television in the living room.
Leasing rates start at $480 per student per month, utilities included. As a financial convenience to the students, Annex offers individual leases. This means each student students signs their own lease and is accountable for paying their portion of the rent.
Two existing units in one apartment building are being merged and converted into a clubhouse to include the leasing office, and amenities such as a common area for group study or watching television, and an updated laundry facility.
Construction is scheduled to begin mid-March. For leasing information, students or parents may call 812-886-9341 or email [email protected].
