
INDIANAPOLIS (August 21, 2025) – The Annex Group®, a leading impact housing developer that creates affordable, workforce and purpose-built student housing communities, today announces a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for Union at Antelope Valley, an affordable housing community in Lincoln, Nebraska that provides 187 one, two and three-bedroom units to households whose income level is at or below 60 percent of the area median income (AMI). Details of the ribbon cutting and grand opening include:

• What: Join The Annex Group, Lincoln Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird, partners and the community in celebrating Lincoln’s newest affordable housing community with a ribbon cutting ceremony and community tour followed by refreshments.

The $52.7 million community is now leasing. Union at Antelope Valley is on 1.7 acres of land within the eastern portion of downtown Lincoln. It offers ample amenities, including a community center, fitness center, dog park and courtyard. The ground floor of the building houses a parking garage with residential levels on the top four floors.
Partners on the Union at Antelope Valley project include: BVH Architecture, REGA Engineering Group, Summit LIHTC Consulting, NP Dodge, US Bancorp Impact Finance, and Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust.
