INDIANAPOLIS (June 25, 2026) – Impact Housing Indiana Corp., a non-profit organization that works to equip individuals living in affordable housing communities with skills and resources to live a more enriched life, is proud to announce Kenya Anderson as its Executive Director. In this position, Anderson will provide strategic vision to grow Impact Housing Indiana while offering operational oversight and creating sustainable systems that will help the organization do more to positively impact the people living within The Annex Group’s affordable housing communities.
“The throughline of my entire career to date has been helping people get more out of their lives, and this opportunity allows me to continue feeding that passion,” said Anderson. “Leading Impact Housing Indiana aligns with my belief that individuals and families often need more support. I’m looking forward to helping the organization grow, serve more people and expand the impact they’re already making in our community.”
Anderson will work closely with Impact Housing Indiana’s Board of Directors, property management staff, residents and community partners to advance the organization’s mission of enriching lives through impactful housing and resident-centered programming.
“As we looked ahead, we knew a sturdy leader with a history of servant leadership was needed to take Impact Housing Indiana to the next level,” said Kyle Bach, founder of Impact Housing Indiana and CEO of The Annex Group. “Kenya has a long history of putting people first and finding innovative, new ways to support people and organizations. We are excited to have her at our helm as we work to expand our services and resources provided to households who truly need that extra bit of support.”
Prior to joining Impact Housing Indiana, Anderson served as Senior Director at IYG, an organization that creates safer spaces to foster community and empower LGBTQ+ youth. In that position, she oversaw operations for multiple youth centers throughout Indiana and managed programs serving young people ages 12 to 24. She is also the founder of Sana Place Indy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding community support and resources for individuals in need.
Currently, Impact Housing Indiana services residents within 12 affordable housing communities within The Annex Group’s portfolio.
