Indianapolis, IN – The Annex Group, LLC has been listed as one of the top contractors for 2016-2017 by Student Housing Business.

A recent survey conducted by Student Housing Business was published in their May/June 2018 issue that determined which contractors are the most active in student housing. Contractors must have completed projects within the timeframe of January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017. Contractors were ranked on number of beds constructed.

The Annex Group, LLC was ranked number fourteen on the list. The Annex of Warrensburg is the larges project that was completed during the time frame of the survey.
