INDIANAPOLIS, IN – The Annex Group Hires Development Manager, Lori Edwards:
Lori is an experienced Development Manager responsible for developing TAG’s affordable housing projects from site selection to closing. Lori brings over 15 years of affordable housing experience in the government, syndicator and developer industries, from administering CDBG, HOME and LIHTC programs at the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority to facilitating project closings at City Real Estate Advisors. In her previous role of Project Manager she created successful partnerships and development opportunities throughout Indiana and Illinois. She has extensive experience in assembling quality development teams, negotiating contracts and accessing soft funding HOME, CDBG, TIF, Historic Tax Credits, TCAP and FHLB AHP grants. She has received the HCCP and C3P housing certifications, serves as a Board member for Community Alliance of the Far East (CAFÉ) and is a founding Steering Committee member for The Women’s Affordable Housing Network, both of Indianapolis. Lori received her BA from Indiana University Bloomington and attended the University of Jordan to study Arabic.
