INDIANAPOLIS (November, 2019) – The Annex Group, LLC, a leading student and affordable housing developer, announces today the hiring of Kraig Gallagher as Development Manager. In this role, Gallagher is responsible for executing on a pipeline of development projects for The Annex Group’s growing portfolio. As Development Manager he will own and be accountable for the management of the full development lifecycle from site identification and acquisition through due diligence, closing, handover to construction and the property management team.
Before joining The Annex Group, Gallagher worked as a development manager for a private equity group acquiring value-add multi-family projects. His responsibilities included redevelopment management, capital improvement projects, market analysis, due diligence, budget/scope development and management.
Gallagher obtained his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Purdue University and is a CCIM member currently working towards a designation.
