INDIANAPOLIS (November XX, 2023) – The Annex Group®, a leading impact housing developer that creates affordable, workforce, student and market-rate housing communities, announces today it is an Orr Fellowship partner company. Since 2002, the Orr Fellowship has provided premier undergraduate experiences for the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs across more than 30 industries. As a partner company, The Annex Group will be paired with one Orr Fellow in winter 2023, with that person joining the company beginning in spring 2024. The Annex Group will invest in and mentor this individual throughout their time with the company.
