The company, which was founded in 2007 by Kyle Bach and Tom Tomaszewski, has grown and expanded since the beginning of its operation and has created 35 communities across the United States.

The 100th hire milestone comes after a busy 2023. The Annex Group broke ground on three new communities and officially opened one. The company’s workforce has grown to support the new communities.
