INDIANAPOLIS (May 13, 2024) – The Annex Group®, a leading impact housing developer that creates affordable, workforce, student, active adult and market-rate housing communities, is proud to share it is partnering with Outreach, Inc., the leading organization in Central Indiana specializing in serving and meeting the needs of youth facing homelessness. The organization, which offers homeless youth housing, food, mentoring and education services, has three Indianapolis locations.

It brings stability and opportunity. Outreach is committed to helping our state’s youth get back on their feet, and we are very proud to play a small role in supporting their efforts.”
As part of the partnership, The Annex Group will sponsor the organization’s Walking for Dreams fundraising event on May 19 at Crown Hill Cemetery. Company team members will also mentor and connect with youth within Outreach, Inc. on an ongoing basis. The company will offer team members paid time for volunteering at one of the Outreach facilities.
