INDIANAPOLIS (April 28, 2026) – The Annex Group®, a leading impact housing developer that creates affordable, workforce and purpose-built student housing communities, today announces Union at Antelope Valley has been named Development of the Year by the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA). Union at Antelope Valley is an affordable housing community located in Lincoln that opened in 2025 and is managed by NP Dodge. The award was presented during NIFA’s recent Innovation Expo 2026 event.

The Development of the Year award recognizes remarkable achievements in affordable housing within Nebraska.

It offers several amenities, including a community center, fitness center, dog park, courtyard and private parking garage. Union at Antelope Valley is The Annex Group’s second community located in Lincoln. Union at Middle Creek, also an affordable housing community, opened in fall 2024.
