Nieckula, Director of Construction and Employee Development, provides project direction, financial tracking and quality control, and acts as a leader to other construction crew members, teaching them and helping them to grow within the company and construction industry.

Nieckula joined The Annex Group as a Project Engineer in 2016 and quickly proved to be a strong leader within the team. He was promoted to his current role in 2024.
