The Annex of New Albany is excited to announce its grand opening event on Friday, February 26, 2016 from 2 to 6 p.m. to reveal its brand new clubhouse and renovations to the property. Indianapolis-based student housing developer Annex Student Living acquired the property adjacent to Indiana University Southeast last year and has put more than $1 million into renovations to transform the complex into student housing.
The grand opening is an opportunity for college faculty, local businesses and the community to tour the completed clubhouse, which features ample study space for students, computer, fitness and laundry centers, a full kitchen and a TV lounge area for residents and their friends. Attendees will enjoy food, drinks and prizes and will be invited to tour the updated Annex of New Albany property.
